Based on the belief that all teams need to practice, the Joe Dumars' Team and Leadership Center offers team building programs and services designed to help emerging and established teams and leaders --in the Detroit, Michigan area--grow. Our innovative team and leadership workshops and team building programs are designed to be "practice sessions" for school classes, community groups, corporate workgroups and intact teams. Utilizing hands-on adventure-based activities, high ropes courses, challenge courses, climbing walls, and business simulations, our programs reach beyond the classroom and provide practical experience and valuable insights that will have a lasting impact on the way your leaders and teams perform.
