What type of activities do you offer for Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs?

Bayou Golf (miniature golf), Caj'n Cliffs (rock wall), Gator Tag (laser tag) , Shark Slide (giant inflatable slide), Arcade, In-Line Skating, High Ropes Course, The Trampoline Thing, Basketball and Volleyball.  Plus organized relays with coaching staff (custom-built).

What is the approximate cost for a Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah event?

This truly varies.  We have casual Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs from $2,500 to $5,000 as well as extravagant events from $10,000 to $50,000+.  Our typical Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvahs, which consist of around 150 guests, start at approximately $6,000 for space, activities, staffing (coaches, etc.) beverage service and additional fees including but not limited to: cleaning fees, set-up of rentals, etc. This price DOES NOT INCLUDE meal service, table / chair / linen rentals, DJ, Decorations, etc.

Are our activities exclusive (no one else in the area)?

You have the option to book your activities in the Bayou Adventure Center (Bayou Golf, Caj'n Cliffs, Gator Tag, The Trampoline Thing, High Ropes Course, Shark Slide & Arcade) exclusively. Approximately half of our clients rent the Bayou Adventure Center exclusively. If you do not book these exclusively, please note that for groups of 50+, we will not book other events during your activity time, although - these activities will be open to our walk-in customers.  All other areas (courts & seating) are booked exclusively.  Space is booked from set-up to the end of tear down. We charge reduced hourly rental pricing during set-up & tear down of court space ONLY. Some clients also book surrounding courts for seclusion. Any courts you do not book will be occupied with other activities (leagues, walk-in b-ball, etc.).

What are my meal options?

Catering pricing vary depending on your specifics.  We recommend calling several caterers for a bid.  If you have a caterer, other than our in-house caterer, that you would like to use for your event you may. The caterer is responsible for paying our restaurant 10% of your final food bill. Outside food (other than through a caterer) IS NOT ALLOWED in our facility.  Beverage service MUST BE provided by our facility (caterer may provide coffee, hot chocolate & lemonade ONLY)

Where do I start?

Large events including Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs at our facility are typically custom-built. The following information will give you an idea of the numerous options. At any point in your planning process, please feel free to call and schedule a tour of our facility after which we will gladly send a proposal based on your specific preferences. We recommend beginning with your activy choice; move on to your space requirements, meal/beverages service and any extras (table & chair rentals, cleaning fees, etc.) that may apply.

11:00p.m. Conclusion of Event

*We can also have activity tickets available for anf of your adult guests who may be interested in participating.

Some guests schedule adults to arrive later (as kids activities are ending) for light appetizers & drink service.
