REQUIRED: 20-40 hours per week.
COMPENSATION:
Housing will be provided for qualified applicants.
The Fieldhouse will provide stipend or other meal
arrangements during extended work periods. Internships
are unpaid; however, opportunites for paid shift management
positions and/or control desk staff support exist.
College credit is available.

WHAT
TO EXPECT: If you are not selected for an interview,

CRITERIA/QUALIFICATIONS:
Junior/Senior or graduate-level students or recent
college graduates with a sports managerment or related
major. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and outgoing self-starter with positive attitude.
Well organized and highly dependable with strong computer
knowledge.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
1. General office duties including correspondence,
data entry, answering phones, copying, filing, faxing,
maintaining mailing lists and distributing promotional
material.
2. Market, plan and execute large-scale special events
such as corporate picnics, family reunions, birthday
parties, fieldtrips, tournaments and team building
seminars for corporations, colleges, churches, etc.
3. Serve as a liaison between the client and the Fieldhouse
by organizing and booking entertainment, ordering
and laying out decorations, working with the Fieldhouse
restaurant on menu options and coordinating event
activities.
4. Work with Event Director to develop, market and
plan theme parties.
